I WEIGH ABOUT 200 POUNDS BUT REALLY NEED TO GET IN SHAPE. I ALTERED MY EATING HABITS TWICE IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS. FIRST I FIGURED, THE MORE I EAT, THE LARGER I WILL GET. WHAT HAPPENED I STARTED TO BUILD A &quot;FLAB BULGE&quot; IN MY STOMACH. THEN THE FOLLOWING MONTH I DECIDED TO EAT ONLY TWICE A DAY. BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. THEN EXERCISE FOR ABOUT 2-3 HOURS. THEN HAVE DINNER AROUND 7:30. I WOULDN&#039;T SAY THAT HELPED OR FAILED EITHER BUT I SAW SOMETHING ONLINE TODAY, THAT A TECHNIQUE USED TO HELP BUILD MUSCLE IS TO EAT 4-6 TIMES PER DAY. SO WHICH WAY SHOULD I ACT IN MY NUTRITION INTAKE? I MEAN WHEN I WAS 18 I WAS A MEMBER OF THE GYM FOR AT LEAST A YEAR, TO HELP ME BUILD UP SPEED FOR THE FOOTBALL TEAM. IT HELPED, BUT ONCE THE SEASON ENDED, AS DID MY MEMBERSHIP. SO PLEASE INFORM ME OF WHAT I SHOULD DO THE BUILD SOME &quot;REAL MUSCLE.&quot;
